When the cargo informs My Dream Wedding Dress that the product is damaged, the return process of the product will be initiated and the “product price refund” will be made.

Shipping transactions for purchases made from hayalimdekigelinlik.com can be made with our special courier within Istanbul or with all cargo companies according to your preference.

For your purchases from hayalimdekigelinlik.com, the shipping fee determined for international orders is calculated during your order and added to the payment amount. For domestic purchases, your order is sent with the buyer’s payment. Since we have an agreement with the cargo company and our private courier, you will not pay very high prices.
