- Returns must be made with the original box/packaging and receipt.
- All standard accessories must be shipped undamaged and with their original packaging in full.

- Cargo delivery processes of personally prepared products may vary.

For returns made from cargo companies, the fee belongs to the sender.
You can get free renovation support from our store for operations such as shortening and narrowing the length of the products you will buy from hayalimdekigelinlik.com.
In order to benefit from the renovation service, you must call our store at least 7 days in advance and make a renovation appointment.
