I want to return/exchange my product, what are the Return/Exchange Conditions?

You can send your return/exchange request to our bilgi@hayalimdekigelinlik.com e-mail account within 7 business days from the day you receive it from the store. Promotional and campaign products given as gifts for the product you will return must also be returned at the same time.

Return/Exchange Conditions :

-Returns must be made with the original box/packaging and invoice.
-All standard accessories must be sent undamaged and with their original packages.
-Promotional and campaign products given as gifts should also be sent with their original packages.
-Products that are prepared in line with the special requests of the consumer or his/her personal needs, that are not suitable for return due to their nature, that are in danger of spoiling quickly or that are likely to expire cannot be returned.

Legal entity returns:

If you have placed your order as a legal entity and issued an invoice on behalf of the company, you must issue a "return invoice" for your return requests. The return invoice is issued by the institution on whose behalf the shopping invoice is issued and forwarded to My Dream Wedding Dress. Return requests that are not issued a return invoice and not delivered to My Dream Wedding Dress will not be realized.

As a legal entity, the exchange or return processes of the products you have purchased from My Dream Wedding Dress are the same as individual customers.

When will my returned approved products be returned?

When your return request is approved, your refund fee;

If the payment is made in cash, you can pick it up from the stores where you have placed your order. Refunds are not accepted for payments made only by credit card.

Will I pay shipping fees when returning my product?

(*) If the invoice of the product you will return is corporate, you must send it together with the return invoice issued by the institution when returning. The return invoice must be issued without including the shipping allowance (in the form of product unit price + VAT).

The product I just bought turned out to be defective, what should I do?

For defect problems you experience with your product, you can contact us within 7 days from the receipt of the product. After your application, you can send your product by cargo with the sender's payment.

After your product is received by My Dream Wedding Dress, its packaging and accessories are checked and sent for inspection. Within 20 working days from the receipt by the Authorized Department, in line with the inspection report to be given by the Authorized Department, the product can be replaced with a new product of the same product, returned and paid for or repaired and sent back to you.

However, if the defect in your product is detected as "user error" (impact, dropping, liquid contact, etc.); No action will be taken.

The item(s) in my order arrived incorrectly. What should I do?

If the product written on your invoice and the product that comes out of the box are not the same instead of the product you ordered, you can apply to us within 7 days from the receipt of the product for the problems you experience with your product. After your application, you can send your product back to the store where you ordered it for return/exchange, with the sender paying by cargo.
